Looking for Help! (Articulate 360 publishing and comments)

I have just published my first articulate storyline 360 course (yay, go me!).  When I sent the link to a colleague to have a look and make comments, the comments came through to a work related email which was linked to our ticket system and flooded it with useless (to the dev team) emails! I was checking out my articulate ID and some of my settings but can't seem to find where this can be edited! Any help would be.... helpful...  Also, just to note, my articule ID is linked to my personal work email address and not the ticket system!
