I have somehow created two copies of the same course in Review 360, and now I have comments in both copies. Is there anyway I can merge the two versions so I can preserve all comments?
The former will publish a brand new content item to Review 360 and generate a new shareable link. There isn't a way to merge feedback or courses in Review 360 at this time, but I'll surface this as a feature idea to my team!
One approach is to export comments from the previous version to a CSV or PDF file and then disable the comment feature. Here's how!
That way, you won't lose the comments, and your stakeholders can review the current version of the project.

Hello, Jennifer. Good question!
Did you select the Create a new item or the Publish a new version of an existing item option?
