Missing language tag when registering for a 360 account

We are based in Sweden and are getting some missing tags in the guide to register new 360 accounts. Tried this in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. It can be solved by changing browser language to English. 

Why this is an issue is that we try to help our clients register an account to be able to fine tune what project notifications they get from 360 review and it is hard when the registration form is very cumbersome.

I can see how this would be frustrating!

You're on the right track with changing the browser language to English, but there's an extra step! In Chrome, there are advanced settings to designate your primary language so that it's always translated properly.

Here's a look at the advanced settings in Chrome:

  1. In your Chrome browser, type chrome://settings/languages in the address bar.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to Languages.

 

Here is where you can determine which language you want the content to be translated to if it's not in your native language.

These settings will be different depending on the browser.
