No e-mails received from Articulate Review
I have tested Review today and think it's a great tool and hope my customers will like it too.
But there is one thing I don't understand: If someone posts a comment I am not notified via e-mail of this. The only case in which I get an e-mail notification is if someone posts a reply to a comment of mine.
Is this the desired behaviour?
I would like to receive e-mails from my customers if they post a (new) comment.
My notification settings are switched to: "Instantly: Send comments as they are made" and I am using Firefox in Version 52.0.1 .
