By default, all reviewers will receive instant email notifications when someone replies to their comments or @mentions them. However, it sounds like some reviewers want to subscribe to all comments, is that right?
Good news is, there's a setting for that!
Have the reviewer open the Articulate Review link and sign in with their Articulate ID. If they don't have one, it's easy to create one here.
Click the ellipsis (…) menu in the upper right corner of the screen and choose Project Notifications.
Choose one of these options:
Your Activity triggers email notifications when someone replies to your comments or @mentions you. This is the default setting for all reviewers except the project owner.
All Activity triggers email notifications for all comments and replies on this project. This is the default setting for the project owner.
Mute Project never sends email notifications.
Click outside the notification settings menu to close it.
