Partial audio of video is lost

Dec 30, 2019

Hi,

Me and a colleague have an issue with the audio of a video in Review 360. When publishing on review 360 the video looses partial audio from the same file, meaning, fractions of the video are completely silent. However, when listening to the video itself from the video editor in Storyline 360, it plays the full audio. This is happening in all browsers, chrome, explorer, safari and edge.

Could you help with this issue?

Thank you

Hi Jackeline,

Happy to help!

Have you noticed this same behavior when publishing the course to a different output? Does this appear to be only happening when publishing to Review 360?

Hello Brian!

To clarify, the audio isn't playing in Review 360 but it plays in when published for LMS, correct?

Here are a few troubleshooting questions to get us started:

  • Which browser are you using?
  • Which version of Storyline are you using?
  • Can you try viewing the Review 360 link in another browser such as Chrome, IE, or Firefox?

Lastly, are you comfortable sharing your file with us? If so, please attach it to this discussion using the "Add Attachment" button. If you would prefer to share the file privately, please use this private upload link. Either way, we'll continue troubleshooting so we can find the culprit!
