Percent % of video viewed not working in Brainshark

I've uploaded some videos to Review 360, exported for LMS with a completion/viewing percentage set at 90%.

When adding the course to Brainshark and testing I'm being marked complete immediately upon loading the video, rather than honoring the 90%.

I've tried this in both SCORM 1.2 and 2004, same results.

When I look at the imsmanifest details where I would expect to see completion criteria for the LMS I can't locate any references to 90%.

Am I missing something?

Hi Brian,

Let’s see if we can identify the problem! I tested a file in SCORM Cloud and was able to successfully hit a 90% completion percentage in both SCORM 1.2 and 2004.

If you don’t mind sharing your file, I’d like to test it and see if I get the same results. Or if you prefer to try it yourself, check out this article here for troubleshooting in SCORM Cloud.

If it successfully runs there, you may need to contact Brainshark to find a solution as it may be LMS-specific.
