We are using 360 Review to share some information with our teams that are currently not using our LMS. Is there a way to publish to review without having the articulate sign-in button at the top corner?
Thanks for reaching out and asking about publishing to Review 360. There is not a way to remove this login option since Review 360 is a tool used to collaborate on your projects, but not for distributing the finalized course to learners.

Publishing a Course to Review 360
Your reviewers can comment on your course without logging in if you wish:
Allow Reviewers to Comment Without an Account
