Recently had our IT department push through an update of Articulate so that I could use Review 360 to publish Storyline in order to add as a storyblock in Rise 360. The first time I tried it, it worked like a dream. Now all i get is the error message to check my internet connection (which is fine as I work for a large organisation). Does anyone know the cause?

I'd look at asking your IT team to help with enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here.
