Every time I bring in a jpg to my Replay 360, it puts it at the end. I want it at the beginning. I've been through the tutorials. This should be easy but I'm getting really frustrated. It won't let me drag it to the beginning. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

When you hover over the .JPG, do you see a four arrow cursor? If so, what happens when you press and hold the left-click button on the image and drag it on the timeline? Here's a quick Peek recording of what I see during this process.
