Replay 360 shows black.blank screen when I try to review on a mobile (Android Jelly bean)

The title says it all - my published work won't play on my mobile using the Android browser (says cookies are not enabled) or Google Chrome (shows just a blank/black screen).  I was going to show my work to my boss but can't do this now.  We can't put 'homework' on organizational systems.

Hey there, Adrian!  It sounds like you published your Replay 360 project to Articulate 360, and the link is not playing properly on your Android device.  You should be able to view your Articulate Review content using Google Chrome in Android OS 4.1 or later.  I just did some general testing on my content item on an Android 6.0 device to confirm.

Are you able to share a link to your Review content with us for testing?  If you can't share your link publicly, we're happy to help you out in a support case!
