Review 360

Hi there, I am trying to publish my video to Review 360 and i keep getting error message saying "Articulate Replay 360 has stopped working".

Welcome, Jessica. Sorry you're hitting that error when trying to publish your Replay file!

A few questions to start:

  • What happens when you use the Video File publish option? (I'm curious if the issue is isolated to Review 360.)
  • Does this error appear on any Replay file or just one in particular?
    • If with all Replay filesa simple repair for Replay 360 should do the trick!
    • If with a specific Replay file: Would you mind sharing that troublesome .replay file with me? You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by using this upload link. I'll take a closer look, and will delete it when we solve this puzzle!
