Review 360

My client is trying to review my course via Review 360 and the site is requiring credentials which was not needed.... earlier this morning!

Hi Michaela, 

Sorry for the delay in responding here! The fastest to get help is connecting with our Support Team who are available 24/7! 

The only reason a reviewer of a Review 360 course would be prompted to log in is if you required an account or they were commenting with an email associated with an Articulate ID. Is it possible they set up an Articulate ID after the initial comments?
