Review 360 and Mac

Hi there! I have an instructor who is trying to review content I created in Rise and published to Review. When he follows the link, it opens the course in Review, but he is unable to scroll through the lesson. It's like the scroll button is becoming disabled. He has an Articulate account and is using a Mac. Can you help?
