Review 360

As of yesterday afternoon I am no longer able to publish to Review 360 from Storyline 360. The below message is what I've been receiving.
As an additional note, I am able to access the Content Library items without issue and I am connected to the internet via VPN.
Any thoughts on what might be the issue and a possible solution?

Hi Debbie!
We heard from a few other Citigroup employees who ran into it, and working with our Engineering team we were able to confirm it was an issue specific to that environment. If you're still hitting a snag, go ahead and submit a support case for specific troubleshooting steps.
