I wanted to find out if there is a way to:- remove previous reviewer access from Review 360, yet have their comments for the new reviewer to finalize content and provide feedback? Please advise
There isn't a feature to remove reviewers, but there are two workarounds I suggest.
First, you can delete the previous version, which will also delete the comments. You can export the comments to a PDF or CSV file. Then publish a new version to Review 360 and share a fresh link with the new reviewers.
Or you can add a password to the current project in Review 360. Even if reviewers have a link, they would still need to enter a password.
