Hi IO,

I gave this a quick test on your course and found that as long as I used an email address that was not associated with an Articulate ID I was able to successfully enter a comment. You'll see it on your course as a "Test comment from Articulate." 

That behavior was true prior to this update as well, and the reviewer would be prompted to log in with their Articulate ID if trying to add a comment with an email associated with an Articulate ID.
