There seems to be a bug causing the Set Password feature to Share your projects that reverts to a password which I have used on other projects. I have tried several times to change it but it stubbornly reverts back to the old one. I've tried immediately upon publishing a new project, and updating others which were published some time ago.

That's an issue I haven't seen or run into myself yet - so I'm going to start a support case for you. That way our engineers can work with you and get some specifics about your account to dig into what's happening.
