I'd like to share several Storyline files with SMEs who do not have a Storyline license. To use Review 360, are they able to setup a free account and leave feedback?
Hi Mark! Anyone can be a reviewer in Review 360 and they do not have to be an Articulate 360 user. You just need to click that "Share" button at the top of the page in Review 360 and send it to them. They don't need to sign up for a trial or anything at all, they'll just need to enter their email address when leaving comments so that you know who is commenting. Hope that helps!
We don't offer a free account for Review 360. To leave a comment, you'll need an email address or Articulate ID. If users have already used a free trial or have a current subscription, they'll be asked to log in.
By default, anyone who has a link to a project can review it and post comments—no account required. They'll just be prompted to enter their email address when they post comments so they can receive notifications for replies.
If you want to require stakeholders to sign in with an Articulate ID before posting comments, you can do that too. Open your project in Review 360, click Share in the upper right corner, and uncheck the box to Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment. Then copy the shareable link and send it to your reviewers. If they don't have Articulate IDs, they can create one here. It's free.

Hi. For frequent collaborators, is there a free account for Review? Or will they need to enter email every time?
Also, are there parameters on the domains that can be used for email setup? Several people are getting "email invalid" messages.
