Has anyone had the issue of Review randomly displaying with little boxes around text? It's not happening for me either when I review the link or visible on the pop-out display of individual slides where the reviewer as noted the issue. I am the owner and am using Windows 10 - the others are using Windows 7.
Publish settings are HTML5 with Flash Fallback with the Classic player.
We're you able to check into the suggestions Leslie shared too? Also, the latest update of Internet Explorer 11 is build 11.706.17134.0. Can you confirm what build they're using?
For IE, we are using 11.1087.16299.0, but it's a corporate decision to update, so I won't have much influence there. For SL360, we're the latest update that I installed on 4/18. I'm not sure how to determine which build it is.
Thanks for those details! I'm curious to find out if you see a difference in the latest version of Internet Explorer, but I understand that updating your browser is not really in your control.
You can check your Storyline 360 version by going to the Help tab, then clicking About Storyline. The latest version number is 3.27.18822.0, which was released on May 6th.

It looks like there may an issue with the font display. We do have a helpful article here that may help.
The font is Arial and they'r using IE 11.0 with windows 7.

I think I found a solution - don't use IE. It shows up weird in IE only and is perfectly clear in Chrome. For now, that's our solution.
