Hi Linda!

There was an issue in Articulate Review where comments would go missing if they were posted by reviewers who weren't signed in with an Articulate ID and the author published a new version of the course.

This was fixed in July, so I wouldn't expect it to still be happening. Do you have multiple versions of the content? If so, have you checked for the comments in the previous versions?
