Review keeps crashing

Hello all

When I launch a course in Review, it opens with Internet Explorer.  Recently, IE has been crashing shortly after I launch it.  Is there a way to make another browser my default opener for this program?

Hi Terry, 

Sorry that's happening! Does IE11 seem to crash only when you open Articulate Review, or does that happen when you visit other sites as well? Do you know if you're running the latest version of IE11?

You should be able to change your default web browser in Windows Settings. What version of Windows are you using? In Windows 10...

  • Open the Settings window
  • Clicks Apps
  • Click Default Apps
  • Scroll down to Web Browser
  • Select a new web browser
