Review Tool error message

I have a reviewer who is getting the following message. 

"This site can't be reached at https://.... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.


Other reviewers are not having an issue.

Hi Vicki,

Thank you for sharing those additional details! 

Since it is only affecting certain reviewers, have they tried to open that link in Incognito Mode in Chrome? If they can access the page in Incognito Mode, it could be a browser extension causing the issue or they may need to clear their cache/cookies. If that doesn't help, another possibility could be a firewall blocking their access to the Review link. 

Please try those steps and let us know how that works out! 😄
