I have verified the link they are using. It works for other reviewers. I even published a new version of the course and they got the same error message. They tired to open both in IE and Chrome.
Since it is only affecting certain reviewers, have they tried to open that link in Incognito Mode in Chrome? If they can access the page in Incognito Mode, it could be a browser extension causing the issue or they may need to clear their cache/cookies. If that doesn't help, another possibility could be a firewall blocking their access to the Review link.
Please try those steps and let us know how that works out! 😄

Hi Vicki,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the error that your reviewer is running into.
Have you been able to verify the link that they are using? That error is typically present when the link is invalid and/or the content was removed.
You can see from our status here that the site is up and running as expected.
