Reviewer unable to enter email address

I am having an issue where the reviewer is unable to enter their email to provide feedback. They are able to type in their email, but the next box is still grayed out.

What browser(s) is Julie using to view the content? Here are the supported ones for Review 360.

And if you're able to share the Review 360 link for testing, that would be gold! You can share it privately with me here. I'll test the flow in a similar environment, and let you know what I find!
