Reviewer working very slowly....at times not at all. This is a new issue

First week of March 2020, we began to experience issues with the reviewer feature of Storyline 360.  When launching the course, it takes several minutes before we are able to move from one slide to the next with delay between each slide.  This is causing concern for our SMEs and our team.

Is there a fix for this?

Hi Sherrie,

Thanks for reaching out, and great call to open a case! I see that you clarified with my teammate, Gerald, that you were running into issues using the "Preview" function of Storyline 360.

If you're unable to publish your course to Review 360 to collect feedback, I suggest having your SME drag the file to their desktop to review, as opening from a network can cause lagging or erratic behavior.

Keep at it with him, and let him know if you still run into further issues after trying the steps he suggested!
