Shapes not loading for IMac

Hello everyone. I've ran into a serious issue today with articulate review. I just finished a module and sent the articulate review link to my boss and my review board. My boss called me and said that some of the objects were not loading at all. He has a 2016 Imac. I've sent this link to a dozen other people and they have no issues with shapes not loading. My boss has viewed the link on his ipad, phone, and macbook pro with no issues whatsoever. He restarted his computer and he is on the most recent version but he is still encountering the issues on his Imac. I have attached the slide that isn't loading properly along with the link. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
