Hi there, Howard. Currently, there isn't a reviewer-facing folder option. Each content item will be accessed individually by its link. This sounds like a great opportunity to expand your need into a feature request. Tell us more about your roadblocks and needs here!
Here's an idea someone shared with me at a recent conference. Some contractors opt for a team license. I spoke to someone in London and she would assign a license to her client (which she included in the billing).
With the team license she is able to share files/courses with the team slides option. And now with the media library, one could also insert all assets.
She also used this as a way to set up a retainer for the customer. For a yearly fee, they had a license where they could do updates without paying her and it kept her connected to them for annual reviews and other projects.
Not sure that works for you, but I thought it was a clever way to be connected with the customer.
Please make sharing folders available. I have run into a similar situation internally. I have 18 modules that I would like to share, and don't want to share each individual one every time.
While I don't have an exact date to share, improving collaboration with Articulate Review is definitely under discussion! We'll be sure to update this thread with new features as soon as we have more details to share!
It restricts the whole concept of a complete review if you cannot share folders. As others have stated, sharing individual files is cumbersome. Please enable sharing at the folder level.

Is this functionality that is likely to be added in the near future?
