I was just wondering if anyone has seen a guide for reviewers anywhere? I have a technically challenged user base and they usually have difficulty using review the first time.
I actually haven't seen a guide for reviewers, but I did want to point you to the demo video in this article. It's a short overview of how Articulate Review works, and your reviewers may benefit from the portion of the video where Arlyn demonstrates how to add comments.
I'm looking forward to seeing what other resources are shared with you here!
Hi Katie, TY for re-sharing, I think someone shared one or both above - was looking for something more like a QSG you know maybe 1-2 page pdf I'd provide reviewers - those resources might be best if they want or need more.
With all the enhancements made to Articulate 360 since its release, we've continued an online format for in-depth tutorials and user guides, but I'll share the idea for shortened guides with the right team.
I agree with Chris R, China reviewers and youtube can be a problem and the full guide of 360 is to long, although it has good content it is not for the Exec level summary one often needs. i think it should be built in to the application with a button at login for first time user or guide to conduct review. or both.
Here's a draft of a guide I authored for internal use at my company. The copy I'm sharing here is redacted a bit to remove most branding from the header and some screenshots since my original showed internal-only content. Where I deleted those, see temporary placeholder text.
Of course the TOC at the top is off after deleting content but it's a workable file you can modify to make your own. You could replace some other shots so my mug isn't in there if you want.
I composed this in Word and in the end, converted to PDF, hooked up the TOC page links at the top using Acrobat and boom!... ready to share to project reviewers new to Review 360!

Following up on this thread.
Has anyone produced a quick tutorial for reviewers unfamiliar with Articulate and Review 360?
Hi there, Gregg. Check out this addition to our tutorials and user guides set: How Stakeholders Review Projects in 360. I hope that helps!
Any new updates here? Was going to design a brief Review QSG for reviewers but checking in here first.
Hi there, Chris!
Have you had a chance to check out these resources?
Let me know if you're looking for something different!

Hello Chris,
I appreciate the extra context and good question!
