I just sent a course link to two separate reviewers. One reviewer said she is not able to leave comments. Does Review 360 allow for multiple people to watch and make comments at same time? Or is it best to only have one reviewer at a time?
I also had this same issue yesterday. At first I thought it might just be an issue with the reviewer using IE, but in Chrome, I had a user who would go to comment and there would be a red line through the "Post" button. There were multiple reviewers in the course at the same time. The user successfully added comments on other pages so it was not happening consistently.

Hi Emily and Michelle!
I haven't seen this happen before! And it sounds like you didn't disable the comments.
Did one of your reviewers receive an error message about leaving comments? I'm happy to look into more details!
I just had this and put in a request to support to help. This is a paid contractor and her time is money.
Hi, Norma. So sorry you and your teammate are running into this.
Smart move to also open a support case. I see that one of our engineers, Robert, is working with you to figure out what may be going on.
By the way, I saw your note about CST and shared this with the team. We'll help you get through this oddity!
Thanks for reaching out. Appreciate your concern and support.
