I am trying to help my reviewers supress the amount of notifications they get from comments being answered/resolved in 360 review. The only way I can see that work is to help them create an Articulate account and change settings for project notifications or change their overall profile to receive daily digests. Am I missing something here or is this the available options?
You're spot-on. Reviewers will need to log in with an Articulate ID to see this option, but they don't need to be a member of any Articulate 360 subscription.
