Unable to login

Hello. I keep being prompted I am not connected to the Internet despite being able to login to this forum.

I can also go to the login page (id.articulate.com), enter my details and hit the submit button but still get redirected to the page where I'm being prompted to login.

I have already tested it on other browsers. The only thing I can think of is my profile: do trial profiles expire as well? I created this [profile] over 6 months ago.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into when logging in. 

It sounds like you may need to allowlist some items to log in properly. Check out this documentation.

Your account on E-Learning Heroes does not expire by the way :)
