I have yet to be able to successfully share a project using Review. The link that is generated and sent appears to be non functional (doesn't give the typical blue color with hovered over....actually does nothing). I have sent to myself, others, different systems. It can't be this difficult. It's a copy and paste process right?
Wow, it's really strange and unexpected that you're seeing undefined in place of https://360.articulate.com, Michael. Our team is looking into this right away. Can you tell us what browser and browser version you're using to test this?
In the interim, just a quick tip that the SHARE link is generally the same as the URL in the address bar (unless you have multiple versions of the Review item), so you can use that as a workaround:
We'll keep you posted on what we find out here. Thanks for reporting the problem!
Our QA team has been looking into this and is having trouble reproducing the problem, but we haven't given up! For the purpose of today's meeting, can you share using the URL in the address bar?
Michael, I wanted to let you know that we've continued to strike out on being able to reproduce the behavior you are seeing, so I've opened Support Case # 00983678 on your behalf. You should expect to hear from one of our Support Engineers shortly with a few troubleshooting questions. Thanks!
For the benefit of customers who find this thread in the future, it seems that Jonathan was able to connect with your machine and isolate the problem to Internet Explorer 10. It looks like supported browsers are working fine. Thanks for trying Articulate Review!
Looks like it may be the same as what Michael was experiencing as well. Our supported browsers for authoring can be found in this documentation.
It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed and here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
I could find the browser support information for Storyline 360. Strange thing is again, that two people here using IE, one works fine and the other get's the undefined address.
Thanks, Drew. We want to get this sorted out as soon as possible, so I'm going to connect you with our Support Engineers. They'll reach out to you soon via email!
Thanks for chiming in, and really sorry to hear you're hitting this error. Here are a couple of things you can try:
Clear your cache in Internet Explorer 11. Here's how: on the very right-hand side of the browser, click on the gear icon, then click Safety, and finally Delete browsing history.

I'm really sorry for the trouble, Michael.
Here's a quick Peek at how I share a link to a Review item. Can you share with us how your process differs from this?
Justin,
Now that sir is what I call a great response to a problem. I really appreciate the time you time
you took to provide such a complete answer.
While I claim no expertise I see a difference between the link in your demo and what I am getting.
This is the link that Review is producing:
undefined/review/content/83e76b52-2251-493e-b528-f2538891cb24/review
Could that be the issue?
As to the process, I was following same as you described.
Success to you,
Michael Hales 260-436-8488

I have used both Internet Explorer and Chrome (several attempts)

Hi Justin,
Any luck in figuring what is going on with the link issue? I am making a presentation to my management
to get approval to invest in 360 in 3 hours and I sure would like to know its going to work for me.
Success to you, Michael Hales 260-436-8488
Thanks for the follow-up, Michael.

We're running into the same problem, the workaround does work though. Any update from this?
Sorry you're hitting this, Drew, but I'm glad the workaround Justin suggested is working.
What browser were you using when you noticed this happening?
Internet Explorer is the default that Review opens with. For two people here, one works fine and another gets the undefined.

Hi Drew,
Are both reviewers using IE11? Is there a chance one of them is using an earlier version of that browser?
Both on IE11. Admin controlled so identical specs on systems.

Hi, I just tried using Articulate Review for the first time and am getting the same undefined error with the URL. Using IE 11 as well.
Hi Shelley,
