URGENT - Tempshare

Morning

I need to hand a project in for my diploma now and I cannot get Tempshare to work every time I try to drop the Zip folder in it just goes into my downloads despite having done the same thing last week.

 I have asked support but they could be a day or so to get back to me and it needs handing in now.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and how did they fix it?

That's a shame that you've missed your deadline Steven. Sorry to hear that. 

The not loading part is possibly a permissions error. I recall it was a little fiddly getting that stuff set right in the beginning (although I don't remember the details as it was years ago that I set mine up).

Hey, Steven! So sorry to hear you missed your deadline.

I just peeked in on your case with Angelo, and I see that you weren't able to upload your project file to the Support case form because the exact same problem happened – the file went directly to your downloads folder. That's so strange, and it does sound like a Chrome issue.

Keep working with Angelo, and hopefully we'll get this sorted out soon!

Follow these steps:

  • Log into Amazon S3
  • Click on your bucket:

  • Click on Permissions:

  • Click on Bucket Policy:

  • Paste this code into the policy editor and hit save:

That should do the trick.

And if anyone else wants to do the same, just use the above code but change the part that says stevenhaighelearning to whatever you called your bucket.
