URL does not work in Review360

Hi, 

My URLs do not work, when being previewed in Review360. I'm attaching an error message, which my client get when clicking on hyperlink in Review360. The hyperlink points to PDF file which is store in clients intranet. Am I doing something wrong and need to change some set-up in my storyline file or this is something related to Review360? Can this error occur because of PDF file? Will the links work in production?

I apologize for the confusion, Agne. It looks like that was a previous case and not the same issue that you've shared with us here.

You mention that the hyperlink goes to an intranet link.

  • Is this location accessible by your client or is there a login required?
  • Can you access the pdf directly when using the link you've added to your Storyline course?

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
