Hi all, I've got a course that has a video (around 46 minutes long) and half way through, the video freezes in Review 360 and in our LMS. Any tips on how to rectify this?
Hi Kate, my first suggestion would be to host the video on vimeo or maybe youtube. If the does not work for you (some companies have firewall issues) then I would cut the video up into smaller segments.
