When I insert a URL as a web object within the slide, specifically a PDF, sometimes it does not display scrolling capability. This is during Articulate Review.
If you're seeing the problem using Chrome or an iPad, this is a known issue. You may be able to correct it for Chrome by publishing using the "Lock to optimal size" setting of the Player. If that won't work for you, I recommend that you open a case with Articulate Support and refer them to my own case number of this issue: 01617095.
If the problem happens again, please record a Peek 360 screencast for me, and I'll be happy to help or you can always work directly with our support engineers here.

I will try the "lock" option.
Thanks for the information. I have tried opening review in both Chrome and Safari and it definitely doesn't like Safari. I have not tested on an iPad.
Hey Cristina,
We do have an open issue that we are looking into and I've attached this conversation to the report so that we can share any updates with you here.
Hi everyone,
Good news! We fixed the issue you reported where:
PDFs inserted as a Web Object and set as a Lightbox Slide are not centered when viewed in Google Chrome
Be sure to install the latest Storyline 360 update to take advantage of all the recent features and fixes.
If the problem happens again, please record a Peek 360 screencast for me, and I'll be happy to help or you can always work directly with our support engineers here.
