I have a trial of 360, have two courses published to Articulate review. I want to publish another one but my account name is not autopopulating and I don't know what it is. How can I find it?
It's connected to your email address, and if you're logged into Articulate 360 it should be auto populating. If you're not sure what your log in is, can you reach out to our Support Engineers and they'll be able to help track it down for you.
Just was thinking on this again as a colleague pointed out that you may be talking about two separate things. Within the publish window you should see the Articulate 360 at the top and a few below that is Articulate Online. The latter is where you'd need the log in, if you had an Articulate Online account. You shouldn't see anything about logging into Articulate 360 as you're already logged in through the desktop app.
If you're still having difficulty, don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team!

I finally figured it out by publishing to 360 it landed in my review account. By the time my trial expires, I will know what I am doing…
Best,
Jeanne Marie
No worries Jeanne - cause if you don't, we're still here. :)
Also just an FYI that responding via email includes your signature here so you're welcome to edit the post to remove that information.
Thanks for the heads up, Ashley.
