I remember seeing some conversations about this in the past. I believe this is due to the Flash player and it's default interactions setting. I'm assuming when you right-click on the course, you see the Flash menu. Is that right? If so, you may want to take a look at this thread and see if the suggestions provided work for you.
Actually in Internet explorer the flash menu doesn't appear when right click so i expected it to work. in this browser.
Any way for now i am displaying a mouse image with the right click marked in red and asking the learners to click on it (i make this part of the mouse image a hotspot)/
I have found similar results. I processed the file for LMS and for Web. The right-click works on the LMS version, but not on the Web version. Tomer, are you saying that you were able to get the right-click working in the web version?
Hi Liz! Looks like Ashley addressed your initial question here. Just wanted to share that here for other community members that may be searching in the future. However, I understand seeking the help of fellow community members, so good luck and let us know if we can do anything further for you.

Hi All, I discovered something very interesting.
Right click advance work in all browsers only after you will upload the file to remote host or to an LMS.
Otherwise there is a problem when the flash plug is relating to your local machine as a remote location.
I know how to solve this issue in explorer and it also solves issues such as engage interaction that are not presented.
have not figured this out yet in chrom and FF.
