Would anyone be able to tell me if and how I might be able to access a course created in Rise by a work colleague who has left my team? We used / shared the same 2 licences but she never added me as a collaborator or transferred ownership. Thanks for your help.
Thank you for sharing that. Unfortunately the colleague was removed without being transferred to anyone else. I guess this probably means there's no way to recover her content...
Hi there, Gabriella. That course will be tied to her Articulate ID. If her ID is still active with another subscription, she can still send a copy of that course to someone on your team. If her ID isn't active any longer, you can share more details with my team here and we can let you know what the options are!
