I have a Labeled Graphic Block inserted into a course and yesterday I went in to change out the audio file. I deleted the original file and when I went to add a new audio file but nothing happened when I selected the "Record Audio" icon in the settings. I tried duplicating the block, creating a new marker, and even adding a new Labeled Graphic block and in all instances the "Record Audio" icon doesn't work.
I tested this in Fire Fox and Chrome. The audio files are .WAV types. Is this something that just started recently?

Hi Rise Review. We noticed this behavior as well and are working on it! I'll let you know when we have a fix.
I have the same problem, it started yesterday for me and my colleagues. See my post on this subject.
We released a fix, and uploading audio should now be working normally in labeled graphic blocks!
