Hey there, Deb! Rise is an independent, web-based authoring tool, and it doesn't interface with PowerPoint.
But Articulate 360 also includes Presenter 360! Check out articles 5 through 11 in the Presenter 360 User Guide for complete instructions on how to add audio to your PowerPoint presentations.
