I am an admin in a team with 4 seats. Between us we have well over 30 courses.
When we tried to log in. All our courses had disappeared. Our portal was completely empty. After nearly passing out from sheer terror, - 10 minutes later the courses reappeared - (Which we were hugely relieved about!).
Do you know what caused this temporary "disappearance"? and do you know what can be done to stop our courses from disappearing again?
That was really scary...
I don't want to feel as though our materials are vulnerable to instant erasure.
So sorry about that, Roxanne! We're investigating an issue that's preventing access to Rise 360 courses. We'll let you know as soon as we're back up and running.
