I chatted with someone from support last week and they were able to reproduce the issue, so they submitted the bug. I'm surprised that there hasn't been discussions about this and I'm worried that this isn't a priority issue.
To summarize, when downloading the scorm package, it fails to produce two player-interface.js. This further prevents me from uploading the course to our Cornerstone LMS, which is not an immediate issue but it definitely needs to be fixed within the week.

The new version is live now, so just export your course and upload the new version to your learning management system. Enjoy!
