Articulate is not passing Complete onto LMS

When I build a course in Articulate and load it into my LMS it is not passing the message onto the LMS when the course is complete. I can see the course is 100% complete in the Articulate navigation tree but it is not showing complete in the LMS. I know you can add an Exit Button to the course in Articulate but it doesn't seen like the student should have to take an additional step, like clicking the Exit Button, to get the course to talk to the LMS. Is there anything I can do to get the Articulate course to feed the complete status to the LMS?

Hi there, Rosemary. I'm happy to help with Rise 360 reporting. I'd like to get a few more details from you to work on some next steps:

  • How are you tracking completion -- percentage of course viewed, quiz result or Storyline block?
  • Which LMS standard are you using?
  • If you can share which LMS you're using, other community folks may be able to chime in with a common experience.
