When I opened Rise last Friday, a message popped up saying that the ability to share a course with someone else was going away and users would need to create their own website to allow sending a copy to another user.
Where can you find this notifications after the box is closed to review?
Hi there, Dennis! Here are a few points that will clarify the change happening on April 6th:
You can still send people the Share link so they can view your content!
If you've exported your course for LMS or web, you can embed that packaged content in a website or learning management system using an iframe.
On April 6, any website which is using an iframe code that includes the Share URL of a Rise 360 course will no longer display your course, no matter when the share link was generated.
This means if you add a Rise course to your website using this code: <iframe src="https://rise.articulate.com/share/1234567abcdef"></iframe>, it will stop working on that date.
We're happy to help with any questions or concerns. Just post them here or reach out to us directly!

I took a screenshot of it, if that helps.

Alyssa, so did I misunderstand. I can still use the "Send a copy" function and send my source file to a coworker?
Thanks!
Karin,
Thanks for the screen shot!
That's right, Dennis! You can still use the "Send a copy" feature to send a copy of your Rise 360 course to a coworker.
Let me know if you have more questions about that!
So to have on our website we would need to export as web and upload to our site? If so is it possible to upload to SharePoint?
That's right, Yolanda! The best way to hyperlink or embed a Rise 360 course on your website is to host the published output on a web server first.
Hopefully other Sharepoint users can chime in with their experience using that hosting solution!
