Articulate Rise 360 adding videos

I cannot load a mp4 video into rise 360 receive exclamation mark and error.

 

do you by any chance know why?

Hi Linda! Thanks for letting us know what's going on. Can you please help me with a few more details?

  • Does this problem happen with any video file, or just one video in particular?
  • Do you see an improvement if you log out of Rise 360 then log back in?
  • Would you be willing to send your MP4 file in a case so we can test it from our side?
