Articulate Rise and Canvas/Blackboard LMS

I've been working on developing courses in Articulate Rise with some Storyline content. I really like both tools. My client is a university that plans to use the courses for local workforce development. They want to know if the Rise courses will work with a new LMS that is being consider for the future (Canvas) or with their current LMS (Blackboard). I see that in at least one old discussion post there were challenges with Canvas. Can any one tell me about their experience using Rise with Canvas and/or Bb?
