I am attempting to export a project I created in Articulate Rise to a Scorm 2004 2nd Edition file and it's just stuck on processing, forever! I have a deadline and I don't know what to do or who to contact-I've rebooted, tried different browsers and no luck. Can anyone offer any advice?

Great news, we pushed out an update to Rise last night! It included a fix for the Rise courses that wouldn't always export successfully.
