Hi everyone, we are using Rise for build our courses. Today we are having tracking problems when re-vistit the content, at our lms with some courses.
We think it can be caused by the lenght of our courses, some of them are over 40 lessons. We now that Rise is for quick content, but our client love the interface

Hello Erick! It sounds like you may be having some issues with suspend data. Did you export for LMS with SCORM 1.2?
If so, try exporting your course for SCORM 2004 3rd Edition or 4th Edition, both of which support much longer suspend data.
You could also try testing the output in SCORM Cloud to see if you notice a difference in behavior compared to the behavior in your LMS.

Hi, friends, I am using the trial version of Rise on Chrome. I am very satisfied and I intend to subscribe this week.
I have built a course without any videos or complex stuff, however when I try to export it, either SCORM 1.2 ou PDF, it gets stuck.
What should I do?
