Hello! Articulate Rise has been struggling to load for me all day. When it did load, I'd be in a course for a minute or two before I got the 'Your session has timed out' screen. Now it's stuck on course loading indefinitely, it seems.
I've checked my Internet speed and it's great, no problems with any other cloud-based software or websites, and no problems reported on Articulates Status page.

I am attempting to create a new course in Rise and it will not load. All my other courses I have already created seem to open just fine. Just can't start a new course for some reason. Please help!
So sorry to hear you've run into this snag with Rise 360 content not loading! We are currently tracking a partial outage that has been affecting some Rise 360 users.
In the meantime, as a workaround, please try clearing the cache from your browser. We suggest clearing the cache from the last hour first, or the last twenty-four hours if the issue still persists.

For the past 2 hours, my Rise 360 content is stuck in the "content is loading" view. I restarted my laptop, cleared my browsing history (from the beginning), cleared cache, tried in Chrome incognito mode, and still the same.

Hi Caitlin! Our status page shows all systems are operational right now, so you shouldn't have any issues using Rise 360.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache to see if that improves loading in Rise 360? Please keep us posted if you're still having trouble!

Our entire team is currently experiencing "Your session has timed out" and "your computer is offline" messages.
I am having the same issues with it being "offline." It pops back on after a minute but it's frustrating going off and on unexpectedly.

This morning I was able to access my Rise 360 dashboard but this afternoon the dashboard isn't loading?
My Rise 360 was not loading on Google Chrome, but I tried using a different browser (Microsoft Edge) and it is working there.

My Rise 360 is also not loading... Just populating a white screen with no content.

We've had similar issues. Some Rise packages would load, others wouldn't. How we solved it was the following:
